ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 days to process individual orders or 3-4 days to process orders of 20 books or more. Expect an email once your order is processed to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up from Wynnum Qld in Australia or New Jersey in the US. If you would like to pick up an order, please email us at info@kidsbodysafety.com to arrange. 

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email. Orders shipped outside of Australia will include tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using Australia Post, USPS or UPS. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Australia: We currently offer free shipping within Australia for orders of any size, using one mailing address only. For multiple shipping locations, please contact us at info@kidsbodysafety.com

USA: Shipping rates vary within the US. Upon entering your address, you can choose a simple flat rate shipping option

International: We offer $12 flat rate shipping to all other countries for single book orders only (Excludes Canada - a separate shipping rate will be provided at checkout).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kids Body Safety Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is still sealed and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kidsbodysafety.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
